    “Let them eat avocado toasts!”

Said the boomer walking to the guillotine.

Correcting you, but caveating with the addition of scramby eggs and hot sauce on top makes it the food of the gods.

It’s a pretty good snack or small breakfast, actually. Top it with some salt and pepper, it’s quite nice. Assuming you like avocado, at least.

To me the bigger issue of the argument is that the boomers seem to think it’s some extravagant luxury. I can get a good avocado for like a $1.50 - breakfast avocado toast ends up being maybe $2.

Well, here in the local shithole, it is more expensive than other fruit, but it’s definately not a luxury. I have tried seasoned avocado a while ago and I like it (but still haven’t tried the toast).

Might have been decent strapping but the palletization is garbage and that thing should be transported in the safe position, not the armed position.

I am not happy for those workers.

I don’t think that is strapping, that is just decoration. They used pallets as a base for easier (dis)assembly.

Pretty certain this isn’t actually a functional one. The blade is likely blunt and screwed/bolted in place. I mean I could be wrong. I just think decorative ones for for festivals or amusement parks are the main function they serve today. Sadly.

I’m like super out of touch. Is this “avocado toast” a thing MILLENIALS strive to eat on the regular?

Avocado toast is one of the many things disingenuous conservative media has used to blame millennials for the economic situation we grew up in. “They wouldn’t be in such poor financial situation if they stopped paying $15 for avocado toast at brunch every day”

That being said… avocado toast rocks and that is an opinion shared by all of my friends of my age lol. Personally I like mine with a fried egg and hot sauce

This is a class conflict, not a merely a generational conflict. I’m old as fuck and I will sharpen the blade.

Hammer and sickle is a sign of oppression.

If you want to argue otherwise, remeber that a swastika didn’t always have a negative meaning.
