Tldr pink is a Jew and is making it all about her and how bad it is that Jews feel targetted and scared, instead of about palestinians that are targetted and murdered.
I’m Jewish. I’m not religious. I’ve studied a fair amount about Jewish, Abrahamic, and Judeo-Christian history, scripture, and culture. I am by no means an expert, but I’ve forgotten more about these religions than most people ever bother to learn.
Armed with this knowledge, I’m ready to make an assessment:
P!NK is a bad Jew.
Any pro-genocide Jew is a bad Jew.
Any Jew who calls people antisemitic for criticizing military actions is a bad Jew.
Any Jew who compares humans to animals and uses xenophobia to justify marginalization is a bad human.
Any Jew who uses comparisons to animals as justification for extermination is a bad person.
Any Jew who condemns children instead of reaching out to them is a bad person and is not paying attention.
Any Jew who celebrates the extermination of entire families, bystanders, and civilians needs to examine their entire life while literally eating a brick.
My family sure isn’t in that group and I’m so fucking pissed at them. We lost dozens of family members in the Holocaust, passed down our stories for, like, 2 generations, and then said “fuck it, the real problem was that we didn’t get to be the Nazis.”
I did as I began to editorialize a bit more, but in just examining “what does Judaism say makes a good Jew,” there are enough relatively black or white assessments that a good/bad value can be assigned. My opinions on whether or not someone is a good person is probably less hurtful to Nazionists than “your scriptures around which you’ve built your identity say that you’re doing it wrong, and anecdotally, God hates you.”
And please don’t talk to me like I’ve never stood up for my beliefs when it was unpopular. In the middle of the Gulf War in 2006 I put out a song called “Dear Mr. President” and sang it every night on tour while my country was in a war I didn’t support,
And now I’m standing up for my own people,
Translation: “my country” = America, “my own people” = genocidal Zionists. Great take. I’m sure all the dead women and children in Palestine would be so proud of you.
For real, how does everyone in the media bother to feign such cognitive dissonance all the time? When someone says they’re against the war in Iran, does that mean they want to kill all Americans?
Who falls for this shit? Zionists need to find something better than playing the victim card 24/7.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but wasn’t pinks exact brand that she was edgy and counterculture? And didn’t Eminem get quite a lot of success with Mosh and White America? If so I don’t quite see how courageous she was, standing up against Bush
I’m kind of with you in that pink’s positions off but I can’t quite put my finger in why it’s off brand. It definitely feels off brand but I honestly can’t articulate it.
Wait a sec, Pink is pro genocide? ???

I hate that criticism of Israeli foreign or domestic policies has been equated with a criticism of judeusm and Jewish people as a whole.
There are definitely Jewish people in Israel who disagree with their governments actions. Same as every country.
My family sure isn’t in that group and I’m so fucking pissed at them. We lost dozens of family members in the Holocaust, passed down our stories for, like, 2 generations, and then said “fuck it, the real problem was that we didn’t get to be the Nazis.”
Another one for the list:
Any jew who forgets that they’re not the only semitic pepple and cries antisemitism for themselves but not the Palestinians is a bad jew.
No one hates being told there’s more than one semitic peoples than semites. Gotta be God’s most special children.
Also:
I’m not calling you out for this typo, you just reminded me of “pepole” from the old Dot Dot Dot video, so I enjoyed another viewing and thought I’d share. Context if you’re not familiar with the source material being reviewed.
Lol my screen is cracked so I didn’t catch the typo and now I have to leave it in.
True, but also swap ‘Jew’ for ‘person’

Am also irreligious Jew.
She is a bad person who only has allegiance to her own kind, national or racial/religious.
And class
Great point. Most likely above all else now.

At some stage they really do start to think the world revolves around them.
Double fuckup because she has essentially equated Jews with Zionists and crybabies.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but wasn’t pinks exact brand that she was edgy and counterculture? And didn’t Eminem get quite a lot of success with Mosh and White America? If so I don’t quite see how courageous she was, standing up against Bush
Courageous were Dixie chicks. They were against 90% of their base talking shit about W.
That was truly an incredible moment in history. One of the first times that I noticed cracks in the facade of “conservative values.”
I’m kind of with you in that pink’s positions off but I can’t quite put my finger in why it’s off brand. It definitely feels off brand but I honestly can’t articulate it.
She’s been generally progressive and outspoken on other issues. She used to sing an anti war song during w’s presidency.
Yep exactly this. I was very surprised to see pink fall on the wrong side of this one.
She gets to play the victim.
