Appears the bikes are attached so the steering system seems solid. I’m just not sure how he’s controlling throttle.
Looks like “the reins” go to each handle of the bike, so probably a wire to each if they’re electric or a looooooooong pull cable thingy like bikes use(?) idk I’m not a motorchariotcycle mechanic
