They open inwards so it’s nearly impossible while the cockpit is pressurized. And if the windshield is iced over or something the pilots can open these windows to land.
Only if they want a quick smoke
Or to fling a used prophylactic outside so Mom doesn’t find it in the ashtray later.
Always eat your airplane condoms so security thinks you’re smuggling something and you can force an awkward laugh later.
