In my anecdotal experience, the more Trumpy conservative somebody is, the more they are already miserable and complaining about everything all the time. If things get objectively worse for them then they might not act any differently day-to-day. The only question is how far things have to go before they will blame the correct people, if that is even possible for many.

used to be a Ron Paul supporter. some of his ideas were genuinely forward thinking. overall though, he was just a pawn to bring libertarians to the conservative table.

personally I’m a fan of personal freedoms. I don’t believe that healthcare should be mandated by the federal government(however I do believe that universal healthcare should be available).
I don’t think firearms should require registration, but I do believe that firearm ownership should be licensed and graded based on training and experience.
I also believe that prostitution should be legalized and taxed no different than weed or alcohol.
like I said, some of his ideas were unbaked but they actually made more sense to me than any other candidates at the time.
