          The opposite of your example happens in this comic. The left eyebrow is raised causing the left eye to partially close…

        We’re looking at a cartoon. Plenty of liberties are taken to provide additional emotional context in illustration. It doesn’t have to be perfectly accurate based on IRL physics.
