It’s some fortnight dance

The good outcome of this is that now I know I’m not terminally online enough to know what a Groyper is.

I believe it’s more a sign of blood pressure problems or dehydration, but I’m not a doctor.

I’m mostly using my phone as an all in one multimedia device I can fit in my pocket.

I don’t see the flip phone as a good replacement for this kind of use. It wasn’t back in those days either. We used dedicated MP3 players or portable radio for music listening for example.

I started console FPS with Timesplitters 2, which used that control scheme as default. I’m pretty sure Goldeneye had similar control scheme as well.

For me it’s natural to think the analog stick as my neck. I tilt my neck forward to look down. I tilt my neck back to look up.

Clicked on it. Yeah that’s some NSFL stuff.

The movie is about things going backwards in time. For example, there is a scene where there are bullet holes in a glass window. In a later action scene, these bullet holes are reverted by a gun going backwards in time. Turns out, these bullet holes were also going backwards in time.

This doesn’t make any sense, because the implication is that this glass window was installed with these bullet holes from the beginning.

There are more examples of similar paradoxes, so the recommendation is to not think about it too hard.

But it’s cool either way.

Yeah but that building going kaboom in both directions of time is super cool.

Not sure what tactical purpose it had.

Lemmy.ml and hexbear have tankie problems. Thankfully it’s easy to block instances. I’m not aware of any instance that got Nazi problems.

Lemmy has a tankie problem, but I rather deal with tankies over nazis.

The flaw also highlighted a social engineering exploit. It’s not the first time some vulnerability has entered open source software due to social pressure on the maintainer. Notably EventStream exploit.

This is difficult to account for. You can’t build automated tooling for social engineering exploits.
