I don’t disagree at all, I just don’t see the connection between being a thoughtful consumer and any opinion on what Israel is doing in Palestine whatsoever. Those are two different things in my mind. I am very open to being educated.

Well yes, but “I don’t want to buy American but European instead and the reason is that Europe supports Israel” would be a weird stance because the US too has been supportive of Israel historically, regardless of where people are from.
Same for the US though, no?
How does buyeuropean even suggest any stance towards anything happening in West Asia?

I thought Trader Joe’s was Aldi? (Edit: I remembered correctly)
Also, don’t let yourself be deceived by the low prices, they are made on the backs of mistreated employees (making the Albrecht family billionaires and some of the richest people in Germany and the world).
Edit2: ah. Not that it makes any difference to non-Germans, but Aldi Nord has Trader Joe’s, this is Aldi Süd.
Edit3: do buy your food there if you can’t afford anything else, I’m not telling you to starve. Just to be aware.
So… Did he press it then? Because I’m not seeing it.

Nintendo says it’s because of recent changes in EU law regarding generated data and the closure of the EU’s online dispute resolution platform. Ianal.
Just because they don’t do it doesn’t mean they don’t have to. Similarly, some shops will give you credit instead of a refund and will only return the money after you complain - they know they have to return the money (or at least ask if credit is okay) but too many people don’t know or don’t bother.
Wzf, it’s true. Brudi, I thought I was on top of my rights as a consumer.
Thinking about it, I think I’ve only ever returned partial shipments - which seems to be one of the cases where the law isn’t clear.
Super nice to know in any case!

Is the mildly infuriating part that “the internet” is not “the US”?

I am also in no way qualified to determine whether an entity is sentient or even sapient and thus shall err on the side of caution.

I… am concerned at your perception of consent as… a riddle…?

I really can’t give consent in someone else’s stead.

You see, I thought Vicky could be a criminal or an innocent but really she can only be an innocent because if she were a criminal, Ruby would have more criminal neighbours than Evie.
Thank you for explaining, Schatzi.

I was doing a puzzle game and I got stuck so I asked my husband to check if I had correctly understood all the clues and after he checked he said “No.”
The nerve of that bloke.

Oh! Oh! I know this one! They get hidden in statistics.
Would you rather they had shut down because nobody is able to pay them anymore? They complied with the demands for the time being because they have a business to run - and then they immediately started looking for a solution.
… What.
