Nah, they’re just too cheap to pay for anything other than minimal levels of heating.
I have the opposite problem. Sometimes they crank the AC too low that it starts freezing as soon as you step in from the heat. I swear there are fucking eskimos in my office.
How can I recharge my AC unit with some of that?
