There is the cheap, ultra processed foods, but also when a doctor tells you to lose weight, they’re likely to tell you to go on a diet and exercise, but without giving advice on what types of diet and exercise are most helpful. Even if they do refer you to a nutritionist, insurance likely won’t cover it. Add misinformation and a culture of blaming people for their bad health to that mix and you end up with a recipe for disaster.

I’m confused, how will this accomplish anything if he’s in Germany? Is this just an intimidation tactic? Or do they think they can successfully drag him to Russia?
