I’m a house that buys Full size Candy bars. We average 50 kids in our neighborhood, so generally 1 fundraiser box covers us.

I still have my 2024 screen shots and as you can see the price went up 31% I know it’s not an exact comparison, but the box I gave away last year appears to have been discontinued. On lower count packs its gone up nearly 45%.

I was planning on doing Roasted Chestnuts and Apple cider for parents as a fun gag, but now I’m considering doing that exclusively.

If the government had a right to that data they wouldn’t need to pay for it, they could just subpoena it. But they don’t, so instead they’re paying middle men to circumvent our rights.

As someone who is very good at driving without GPS in my local area, using GPS for long trips outside my local area does for sure slow my ability to learn the new location. But it doesn’t remove what you already know.

So if your father is becoming incapable of driving his old haunts without assistance, I would worry there’s something more serious lurking in the background beyond tech makes you dumb.

I haven’t seen it mentioned, but I think Tremors (1990) is very much in the same genre as Army of Darkness, and I’m pretty sure the whole movie is pure practical effects.

I’ve only watched it sober, I think it makes decent amount of sense.
