Europe doesn’t have one streaming service to rule them all. We don’t really have any European wide services for anything. Instead, there are many local services, either local to a country or neighbouring countries.
There is a German based service called Just Watch, which lets you track what movies and shows you have watched and tells you where you can watch them, and so on. It supports numerous countries around the world, so you can use it to view what services and shows are available in different countries. For example: https://www.justwatch.com/it, https://www.justwatch.com/fi.
It also has a genre called Made in Europe, which is a little misleadingly named. It’s not really Made in Europe, but movies and shows co-funded by MEDIA programme of European Union. Based on your instance, you seem to be from Australia, so this is the link for you: https://www.justwatch.com/au/made-in-europe. If you are not from Australia, you need to change the country code to the correct one. Many of the shows on that list are produced in US or UK, but if you filter and sort it like this, there are more shows produced in EU countries: https://www.justwatch.com/au/made-in-europe?providers_type=free&sort_by=imdb_score (again, note the country code).
