In all reality at his age it’s probably just unavoidable due to scar tissue, shitty veins, and poor clotting but I know if I was the phlebotomist I would aim to go straight through the vein every time

Maybe I am out of the loop but why is a hematoma from a person who probably receives regular infusions and blood draws a big deal?

It is however a first of its kind plant that makes its net effects less important as it kind of works as a proof of concept. It’s a relatively small scale plant that if it does work, great, lets build more of them; if it doesn’t work, that sucks, can we modify them in any way to make them work.
It is taking two ingredients that usually have to take extra energy to be able to dispose of them and combining them together to make electricity. That is really cool, and there is no reason to be overly negative about it because it might be bad based on info that you don’t have

Phone is really the only one of those that’s helpful. It’s not really considered common practice to regularly check your water companies website or Facebook and for something as important as a water boil advisory it should be sent out at least through email in addition to phone
