Because smarter people than me have tried but did not quite put the effort in. Therefore I, a random self proclaimed expert on the Internet, will solve it taking into account what the people living there want, all the foregin interests and of course reality and the fact that people tend to hate and blame anyone different than them as soon as anything goes even slightly wrong.
