    Anything memetic is a meme. This has been shared organically with no monetary incentive by users for the sake of amusement. That makes it a meme.

      Colloquial definitions are not prescribed.

      A TikTok screenshot is just documentation of someone else’s context.

      By any modern definition a meme requires some element of remix, juxtaposition, or intentional humor that turns raw content into a cultural shorthand

      This isn’t that.

      By your definition, a stop sign is a meme. Congrats, you’ve made the modern word useless.

        Seems to fit the definition of a meme to me.
