The dairy billionaire Theo Müller is friends with Alice Weidel, the co-leader of the right-wing extremist party Alternative for Germany. She and other fringe figures were invited to his extravagant birthday party.

Fewer may know that in addition to Müllermilch, the products of several other brands belong to his constantly growing empire, including Landliebe, Weihenstephan and Sachsenmilch. Sauces from Homann and the fish in Nordsee products in supermarkets also come from his production facilities.
Face it: with few exceptions, most anyone who’s a billionaire got there by being a conniving, self-righteous, control freak asshole, and that virtually guarantees far-right tendencies.

Müller was already one of the biggest patrons of the NPD, a now-banned Nazi party whose members have almost all found a new home in the AfD. He is a Nazi with a long history in these circles.
For this very reason I haven’t bought any Müller products for years. The company’s brands include:
- Müller
- Weihenstephan
- Sachsenmilch
- Almhof
- Landliebe
- Südmilch
The company operates many other brands and is also active internationally, particularly in the UK and Ireland, but also in the US.

…which is a pity, because Landliebe was and still is a very nice product. Plus their glass containers were ideal for handcrafting. But since they switched over to plastic, they’re quite crap and unusable…

- The NPD was never banned, but re-branded to “HEIMAT”
Thanks, I’ve added that. I think it’s still highly likely that Theo Müller is close to right-wing ideology, but this cannot be proven beyond doubt.
