I’m making some chicken stock. Tomorrow I can the stock, but today I am pressure cooking it to store in the refrigerator overnight.

I have this exact same pressure cooker and it takes forever for that little valve to pop up like that. Sometimes I have to use a small implement to help it go. Cheers for the post.
