21·23 days agoI don’t think we’re using the same definition of stigma.
Stigma is a profound, unfair negative belief or stereotype attached to a person or group, causing shame, social rejection, and discrimination.
I’m having a hard time making any of the stuff you’re saying make sense with that definition, and the whole word is inherently social.
The fact is that a lot of people think it’s nasty to fuck your brother, and that you should stop fucking him when you realize you’re related to him. I see the nuance in this situation, but a lot of people don’t, and if they maintain the relationship they will have to deal with those people. It’s already hard enough to deal with homophobia without this on top.

61·23 days agoI’m not sure what biological stigma is supposed to mean. Sexual relations between siblings gives most people the ick regardless of technicalities, and that is a social stigma, the only kind of stigma I’m aware of.

532·23 days agoWhile the medical concerns with incest don’t apply here, the stigma of having sexual relations with a relative usually doesn’t take such technicalities into account.
I kind of miss Perl, and still write it sometimes. More often than not I end up with python, though, due to the built-in json parser. Everything is json or yaml these days.

Funny because it’s true? If you want updates all the time, install Arch. If you want as few updates as possible, pick some LTS distro.
If the guy protests putting the condom on, I wouldn’t trust them to keep it on during the entire act. Stealthing is common enough that it has its own slang term.
However, it’s easy for me to recommend withdrawing consent, but in the moment when the guy has already been a bit scary during the condom conversation, it’s not always so easy.
Shame on him for completely fucking up the vibe.
Both can be true. He definitely let Cheney run foreign policy behind the scenes, but that doesn’t automatically mean Bush was an idiot.
George W. Bush was a lot smarter than he let on. He realized early in his career that the bumbling persona he put on made him more likeable among the rubes. That’s not to say that he was a genius or anything, but he was smarter than people thought.

32·1 month agoNo worries, that only happens if there’s a spark, like for instance some static electricity. Shouldn’t be a problem here, surely this thing won’t generate any of that.

It also says I got the order wrong, and that he declined all those roles after The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.

Probably more muscular than the stalks pictured, though? Those are the legs of a skinny man.

Probably halloween costumes.
