Only issue with black marker on 3d prints specifically is the ink tends to wick around the layer lines. Still works but doesnt look great. Paint markers are usually my goto

Just as a quick psa it doesnt look like the update has hit the F-Droid repos yet it probably will soon but if you are a new user downloading from there you might not have the redesign quite yet. (Github ofc has the apk for the impatient) Edit: It is now in the fdroid repos.
